Shipping Policy

RB Customs processes and ships orders within 5–8 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Shipping service days to not include the production and handling time for your made-to-order items, which could take from 48 hours to 2 weeks depending on the items ordered, quantity, and inventory at the time of order.

Shipping Responsibility: Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, RB Customs cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments, and customers are encouraged to monitor the delivery status.
